FACTURES, SPRAINS, AND STRAINS
Fractures, Sprains, and Strains
When you experience an injury to your ankle and it does not result in a fracture, a sprain becomes more likely. Sprains and strains are common injuries and can occur from a variety of activities like sports and exercise.
A break in your ankle can happen during an accident or fall and may appear as a hairline, open, or spiral fracture. This condition is common in the heel, ankle, and foot, especially as a stress fracture. Our qualified physicians will perform x-rays and, if necessary, arrange for a realignment of the bones through reduction.
